岗位职责
1. 负责北京办公室的文秘、信息、销售文档等文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作。
2. 处理北京办公室对外接待工作、接待来访客人,和销售一起会见客户,做好会前准备、会议记录和会后内容整理工作。
3. 负责组织销售部门举办的各类市场活动。
4. 协助办理面试接待、会议、培训、公司集体活动组织与安排等。
5. 负责北京办公室各部门的后勤保障工作。
