WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH 工作职责

  

+  Assist with maintenance and updating of our server and database system

  

协助维护并更新服务器和数据库系统

  

+ Research and Translation Work

  

相关调研和翻译工作

  

+ Document management

  

文件归档和整理

  

+ Support with tenancy management throughout the assignees’ stay in China

  

协助并跟进客户的房屋租约管理

  

+ Assist management with the execution of relocation services

  

 协助管理部门开展安居服务工作

  

+ Accompany assignees to Medical Checks, police registrations and other appointments

  

 陪同客户体检、当地派出所的入住登记和其他预约服务

  

+ Assist with application forms for Alien Employment Licenses, Resident Permit, Work Permit,   including hand in visa application at authorities

  

协助办理外国人就业许可证、居留证、工作签证等各种签证申请

  

+ Translate support documents and guides

  

 翻译各类文档和参考文件

  

+ Manage correspondence and communication with assignees

  

 与客户保持良好的沟通

  

+ Creation of relevant documents for assignees and accounts. E.g. reports, analysis

  

 为客户创建相关文件，如：报告书，研究分析等

Your Education 教育背景

• Bachelor’s degree preferred 大学本科
• Written and verbal fluency in English 流利的英语写作与口语
• Written and verbal fluency in Mandarin 流利的中文写作与口语

        

  

Your Experience 工作经验

• Industry experience  相关行业经验
• Have working English skills 具备英语沟通能力
• Have a real understanding of customer service  对客户服务有深入了解
