1.法规本科以上学历 5年以上本岗位工作经验  

2.有拍卖/画廊或文物系统相关工作经验，熟悉拍卖业务流程实物藏品展览管理 

3.策划能力、组织能力、执行能力、沟通能力、分析问题能力、

4.培养指导下属能力、创新能力、熟悉拍卖行业政策

岗位职责:

1参与拍卖项目预算制定、跟踪、控制预算执行 

2. 深入了解客户资源、渠道资源、同行业情况，制定相适应的并可量化营销计划 

3. 进行营销过程管控，经营指标收集、分析、总结、下一步工作安排

4. 建立系统的客户会员服务体系，挖掘客户需求 

5.对本团队的人员状况进行分析，根据业务的发展提出用人需求和招聘建议

6.对拍卖业务进行有力的支持；
