Job Description

• Responsible for daily operation and channel management of JD/Tmall to achieve the sales target.

• Work out and execute promotion plans according to the activity rhythm of JD/Tmall platform, to improve brand exposure, traffic and sales ranking.

• Coordinate and track logistics and warehousing, and manage dealers’ inventory.

• Guide customer service staff to deal with customers’ inquiries and complaints in a timely manner, and enhance customer evaluation, satisfaction and conversion rate.

• Develop and maintain the relationship with e-commerce dealers and e-commerce platforms including business negotiation according to aligned e-commerce pricing strategy & channel strategy

• Monitor and analyze sales data and competitive intelligence, including daily store traffic, conversion rate, ROI, customer concerns, competitive products, etc., providing basis for strategy making and product improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, more than 2 years' experience in e-commerce sales operation

• Good communication skills within and across functions

• Be able to work under pressure and have strong execution ability.

• Can adapt to short-term business trips.

• Have team spirit, strong execution ability.

• Proficient in MS Office.

Founded in 2000, the company is mainly in business of distributing products to China Markets, including Cast-ironing Boilers, Steel Boilers, Wall-hung Boilers and its accessories, water heater, as well as Solar and Heat pump products. The head office is located in Beijing. There are above 300 staffs. Our business spread over 36 provinces around China, and have branch company and after sales service centers in Shanghai and Xi’an. In Nanjing, there is a manufactory of solar products. Our mission is not only to be a boiler supplier, but also to provide entire heating system solutions to meet various requirements by our customers.
