工作职责:

? Keep track company’s operation data internally on monthly and quarterly basis, maintain regular communications with internal department for business update收集公司各业务部门的执行分析数据及执行结果报告，跟踪业务发展

? Perform in-depth analysis on industry trend on domestic and international market, competitors landscape, users, company’s and BU’s KPIs, business operation fluctuations based on historical numbers and forecast; experience in company analysis and valuation analysis分析国内和海外互联网行业和在线旅游行业的发展趋势，并对公司的竞争态势、用户行为、主要业务指标、商业数据、运营及财务数据进行分析和预测；在研究业内公司价值方面有一定的经验和方法

? Assist company’s public filings and investor relations, quarterly releases and annual filings, perform research analysis based on sell-side analyst reports, industry report, and keep track earnings releases of peers companies 协助公司的对外披露、季报、年报和投资者关系，对分析师报告、行业报告和国内外伙伴公司的财报及年报分析

? Provide data analysis support and reports to company’s executive management, board meetings and the Board of Directors为公司管理层和董事会提供有助于决策的数据和观点支持，及报告

? Obtain information from public resources and maintain conversational channels with buy-side & sell-side analysts and institutional investors 有能力从公开渠道获取信息，同时保持与外部分析师和投资人沟通的通道，转换不同的分析视角

? May also assist research and data mining on traffic, users and financials in specific product line and business unit, develop high quality research report in key operating sections 还可以协助产品及公司战略发展方向，依托海量用户数据，开展高质量研究项目，对关键业务领域进行深入分析提供相关分析报告

任职资格:

? Bachelor degree above, ideally in engineering, science, economics, finance, statistics or other quantitative fields. Oversea experience is a plus. 本科及以上学历，财经、管理、统计或理工科等相关专业；有海外经历者优先考虑

? Interest in TMT, self-motivated to understand more about “Why” and ”HOW” in business environment 对互联网行业的发展具有浓厚兴趣和好奇心，热爱发现问题并且解决问题

? 3-5 year work experiences, ideally at least 2-3 years in TMT sector; Experiences in financial analysis, business analysis, statistics, consultancy, market research, operational research are all welcomed. 3-5年工作经验，有互联网领域2-3年以上经验为佳; 财务分析、商业分析、统计、咨询、市场研究、运营分析等相关经验均欢迎

? Critical thinking and Problem solver; Analytical and fast learning 具备独立思考，独立解决问题和快速学习的能力

? Team player, with strong communications and analytical skills; Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under strict deadlines优秀的商业分析能力和逻辑思维能力，跨部门沟通能力的团队合作者

? Can work with English, especially listening and writing; proficient with Excel, PPT, and Word; Basic programming knowledge is a plus. 英语工作能力，特别是良好的Excel建模能力;具有数据检索和编程经验者优先
