一、岗位职责：
1. 行政工作

• 日常用品，办公用品采购

• 账单月结，供应商管理

• 协助策划、组织公司各类活动

• 前台接待

• 月度报告等相关行政工作

2. 人事工作

• 日常招聘和培训的支持

• 薪酬福利和员工关系协助工作

• 其他日常人事助理工作

二、任职要求：

1、专科以上学历，行政管理、人力资源等专业优先

2、有行政、人事相关工作经验优先

3、普通话标准，待人热情、有亲和力，英文表达书写流利

4、具有良好的语言表达能力及沟通能力，责任心强

5、工作积极主动，有较强的团队合作意识及敬业精神

6、熟练使用office办公软件及办公设备
