1.合理设计协会组织架构，明确部门及岗位职责，负责人员招聘及管理工作，建立健全薪酬体系，负责人员工资，社保，福利的核算及发放工作。
2.负责办公环境维护，行政物品及固定资产采购管理，证照及档案管理。
负责内外部会议管理，理事会、常任理事会，专家委员会日常事务管理。
3.在常年法律顾问指导下，进行协会法律事务管理。
4.负责对接政府主管业务部门，维护日常工作关系。

任职资格:

1.大学专科以上学历，五年以上相关工作经验，有协会，社会团体工作经历优先。
2.男女不限，年龄30-50岁之间。
3.熟练使用办公软件，有一定的文字编辑功底，具备起草编写上报政府部门正式文件的能力。
