岗位职责:

1、针对全国房地产市场、养老市场相关数据的调研及获取；
2、定期对服务项目及其竞品的销售手段及销售数据进行跟踪和整理；
3、对政策和市场变化的实时监控；
4、配合渠道部门进行项目前期研判以及产品定位。

任职资格:

1、统招本科及以上学历，市场营销相关专业；
2、有地产/服务/快消/养老/大型组织中相关工作经验5-10年以上者优先；
3、对市场有敏锐洞察力，具备研究精神及系统性分析能力、商业敏感度、以知识和经验为基础的领导力、协作能力 ；
4、工作积极主动，沟通协调能力突出，善思考。

Landgent Senior Living Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Landgent Group, is responsible for developing senior living business under the group which includes:
Investing and managing its own senior living facilities
Providing management contract and consultant services for other facilities
Cooperating with other investers or developers in developing senior living facilities
