1. 负责开发老年客户资源，吸引老人入住养老机构；

2. 负责接听养老咨询电话，接待来访参观，并及时登记来电来访信息；

3. 负责与客户签订养老服务合同，配合办理客户预订、入住、退房等相关手续；

4. 负责收集、整理、归纳客户资料，并对客户群进行透彻的分析；

5. 客观、及时的反映客户的意见和建议，不断完善工作；

6. 认真贯彻执行公司的各项政策及销售部各项规章制度；

7. 搜集市场信息，对竞争项目的特点、价格、营销手段等情报的调研分析；

8. 完成上级委派的其它任务。

任职要求：

1．20-30岁，口齿清晰，普通话流利，语音富有感染力；

2．对销售工作有较高的热情；

3．具备较强的学习能力和优秀的沟通能力；

4．性格坚韧，思维敏捷，具备良好的应变能力和承压能力；

5．有敏锐的市场洞察力，有强烈的事业心、责任心和积极的工作态度，有渠道资源、电话销售、房产销售相关工作经验者优先。

Investing and managing its own senior living facilities
