任职资格

1、28岁以上，专科以上学历，市场营销相关专业优先； 

2、2年以上销售工作经验，有养老机构、房地产、寿险领域销售及渠道拓展经验者优先； 

3、相貌端正、普通话标准，亲和力强，思维敏捷；

4、待人热情，勤奋好学，反应能力强； 

5、有敏锐的需求洞察力，良好的客户服务意识和沟通协调能力； 

6、具有较强的销售意愿及进取心，能够持续保持良好的工作状态。
