精益生产副经理/Asst. Production Manager-纺织/鞋业/制衣公司背景优先

工作职责：

1. 运用精益管理手法对成本、安全、物流、品质、人才育成、TPM、标准作业7大模块进行协调管理稳定各职能块持续改善；

2. 对生产部材料成本进行管控、承接公司年度方针、制定生产部收益改善年度目标、生产部成本KPI完善；

3. 对生产车间进行效率、产能、人员、成本、EHS等管理提升工作，工厂精益生产成熟度评估；

4. 对员工进行安全培训，制定部门级安全制度和绩效；

5. 参与新项目安全及成本评估，对新项目问题组织问题分析制定对策实施改善；

6. 对成本和安全进行培训、宣传、活动组织。

任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历，5年以上制造业生产现场管理经验，服装/纺织/鞋业背景优先考虑；

2. 熟悉制衣行业生产的相关质量体系标准；

3. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队管理经验。

4. 熟悉车间现场改善（标准化设计与推行）；

5. 熟悉VSM、流程改善、车间布局改善，熟悉拉动式计划和看板管理；

6. 具备良好的英文听说读写水平。
