职责描述：
Major Responsibilities
1. Major tasks and responsibilities of position
? Drive and sustain culture change within Novartis Oncology (China) by developing and implementing an internal communications strategy/plan collaborate the different functions and could elaborate more in the format and value building in OBU communication.
? Work with management team and cross-functional team to be a valuable and trusted partner.
? Aligned with the regulation and compliance for external communications.
? An important channel/resource in China to establish and maintain good public relations in supporting the product portfolio, ensuring that all external stakeholders are effectively developed and influenced.
? Extend disease awareness and reputation for different disease area and pipeline by developing a communications strategy in support of marketed products and potential new business opportunities in the form of new product launches.
? Provides communications and change management support of growth initiatives.
? Combine the resources to enlarge the outcome such as work with media to do patient education program as well as disease awareness story sharing.

任职要求：
Required Knowledge and Skill (Physical and moral base)
Languages: Fluent in English and Chinese (oral and written)
Experience/Professional requirement: at least 10years in the communications area
