Human Resources Director

Job Description:
Partner with the senior leaders of the KuXun to provide value-add, high impact solutions for their HR&Admin strategy requirements such as leadership development, manager effectiveness, & organizational effectiveness.
Partner with HR&Admin platform organizations such as Rewards, Strategic Staffing, OD, Leadership Supply, and Employee Relations to provide HR&Admin solution sets for assigned client(s)Build a strong HR&Admin team for tactical implementation of the HR&Admin strategya

Professional knowledge and skill requirement:
Demonstrates strategic thinking and focus, champions innovative ideas, and drives effective implementation with client groups
Demonstrates business acumen expertise in areas such as finance, business development, strategy, etc., to provide an optimized HR&Admin solution set for the client organization
Possess well-developed consulting skills that foster strong relationships at all levels of the organizationApplies depth and breath of expertise from multiple HR&Admin areas / disciplines for client or business initiatives
Provides situational leadership in difficult situations. Can effectively manage highly challenging situations with high-level conflict
Must be able to create project plans that clearly define key milestones, deliverables, tasks, and be accountable for project commitments
Strong communication skills in English
