1、辅助招聘工作，包括应聘人员的预约、接待及面试等；

2、负责外籍教师公寓安排、租赁、维护等联络事宜；

3、协助外籍教师签证等其他相关事宜；

4、协助文件翻译等；

5、领导交代的其他人力行政相关工作。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，人力资源或英语专业优先；

2、一年以上相关工作经验，特别优秀者无经验亦可；

3、英文能力强，口语沟通流畅；

4、较强的组织协调能力，工作认真负责；

5、具有较强的自学意识和自学能力，较好的沟通协调能力，抗压能力强。

Beijing International Bilingual Academy (BIBA) was founded in 2006 by a group of passionate educators with a mission to develop students with bilingual capability and is well versed in both Eastern and Western culture. As such, our goal is to offer high quality bilingual education that finds its root in Chinese culture and heritage. Our goal is to prepare our students for attending high quality overseas universities after they graduate from BIBA.
BIBA is one of the fastest growing international schools in Beijing. We have over a thousand students coming from 30 different countries. Our campus consists of Early Childhood Center, Elementary School and Middle-High School. Our students study in a joyous environment that values respect, understanding, and innovation.

公共交通：乘地铁15号线后沙峪下车，换855/26路中央美院城市设计学院下车，向北100米。或乘坐地铁15号线在国展站下车，乘坐出租车到校，约10分钟。
自驾：沿五环/S50进入京承高速，从火沙路/天通苑/后沙峪出口驶出，右转进入火沙路，从罗马环岛的第2个出口驶出，向前800米左转100米即到。
