Job Responsibilities

工作职责：

驻全国各地钢厂

1. Responsible for the site management of the steel contract customers,

负责钢厂总承包项目现场管理

2. Responsible for the consumption date collection, worker team management, and support the sales for business issues.

负责现场队伍管理，数据收集，支持销售人员处理商务事宜

3. Cooperate with Product Manager to introduce new products and new technology to contract customer on site.

协助产品经理进行新产品，新技术推广试验。

4. Cooperate with Project Manager to implement the company's EHS work,

协助项目经理执行现场安全管理

5. Maintain and continuously improve the service level of contract customer on site to ensure and improve customer satisfaction,

持续改进总承包项目运行确保客户满意

6. Cooperate with sales to promote the development of customer business

与销售一起推进业务持续发展

7. Finish other work assigned by Project Manager

完成项目经理安排的其他工作

Job Requirement

· College degree or above, major in refractories and related is preferred

大专学历及以上，耐火材料或钢厂工作经验优先。

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Steel refractories industry

两年以上钢铁耐材经验

· Excellent relationship–building, customer service and on site team management skills,

优秀的客户关系，客户服务和队伍管理经验

· Independent, organized with decision-making capabilities and problem-solving skills

具有独立思考，良好决断及问题处理能力

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

良好的内部沟通和交流能力

· Good command of reading and written English is preferred.

有英语读写能力优先

· Skillful in MS-Office

熟练操作办公软件

· Can accept long-term work on customer side.

必须能够接受长期在钢厂驻外
