Job Responsibilities:

• Implementation of the technical concepts and solutions at RHI Magnesita customers.

• Provide technical expertise and detailed application knowledge in support of the test trial, troubleshooting, fact finding activities

• Support the product managers for the new product development and roll out of new products onto the market.

• Support of the sales team in the customer service

• Support of site supervisors in the technical point of view

• Handling of complaints

• Transfer the trial results and close cooperation with production

• Prepare the trial report after carrying out the field trials

Qualifications:

• University degree or higher technical education in the field of ceramics, mineralogy, metallurgy or mechanical engineering, etc.

• 3-5 year experience in the steel industry in particular flow control process is an advantage

• First professional experience in the technical area of the steel making plants

• Good communication skills

• Familiar with MS-Office

• English in written and oral

• Customer and solution oriented way of thinking

• Team player with hands-on mentality

• Willingness to travel (more than 60% on site)
