The principle “AIMS” of this position of Customer Application Specialist for Flow Control, China are:

o Insure customer satisfaction with the operation of Flow Control Equipment for China

o Training of customer personnel on our Flow Control equipment

o Coordination of personnel for Flow Control commissioning’s and trial

o Equipment coordination with Sales / Interstop Purchasing and Engineering on Flow Control Projects

Product Management for Flow Control projects, in relation to customer problems and proposed installations

o Customer problems: To insure that the customer problems with the Flow Control products are addressed in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the customer.

o Periodic Visits: To work with sales and service personnel to schedule periodic customer visits to perform preventative review of the customer processes. These preventative reviews are an important pro-active approach to minimize customer problems with the equipment.

o Process review: In addition to reviewing the Flow Control Equipment, review the customer process that interact with the flow control equipment to determine that the operation will not have a negative effect on the operation of the Flow Control Equipment.

o Customer training: Customer training and review is an important contributing factor to the operation of the Flow Control Equipment.

Customer storage: Review the customer conditions involved with the customer storage of Flow Control refractory and associated Flow Control Mechanical spare equipment to determine if storage is adequate and product and equipment are not subject to damage / degradation.
