We are recruiting for Customer Support Specialists to be based in our Shanghai office! This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your customer service skills while working for a fast-paced company that invests in its employees. Roles & Responsibilities:

· Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (guests and partners) through our communication channels (phone and email)

· Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Manager

· Accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals

Requirements:

· 3-7 years’working experience in customer service

· Good command of English and Mandarin (Speak, read & write)

· Excellent telephone manners and communication skills

· Must be able to work in shift rotations and even public holidays to ensure we provide 24/7 service to our customers

· Ability to work under stressful and pressured environment

· Independent and able to work under minimal supervision

· High degree of integrity and confidentiality

· Computer literate

We are currently recruiting for multiple Customer Service Specialists to support our growth plans across Asia. Working within a supportive environment, we offer established training to support everyone in their career development. This is an opportunity not to be missed!

轮班制度说明如下：

1）班次：8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 1pm-10pm.

2）轮班频率：每一个月换一次班，即每个月内的班次是一样的。1年换12次。

3）工作时间：8小时+1小时meal break。每周5天连续工作日，2天双休，不一定是在周末。国定假日也可能轮到上班（有加倍工资）
