职位描述
Responsibilities:
A. Develop and maintain employee information database including employees' basic information and personal documents;
B. Cooperate with HR Service Company to provide HR administrative support covering 1) Recruitment
Collate and execute manpower development plan for China in order to ensure appropriate, effective and timely recruitment.
When Manager is absent, deliver offer letter, undertake reference checking and any pre-hire facility set-up conduct staff orientation and coordinate announcement.
2) C&B:
Responsible for payroll processing to effect pay, keep proper record for control and annual audit and respond to all employees, audit and tax issues
Analyze employee benefits, bonus schemes and work with regional HR to make proposals and implement and communicate to employees. Lead and participate in salary surveys
3) Training:
Assist in training needs surveys to identify the training needs in different departments and do the necessary training
4) Performance review:
Assist the yearly performance review.
C. Prepare research data & findings and assist with regular reviews and development of HR policies
D. Advise staff on disciplinary matters and provide counseling as required in order to ensure disciplinary process is in compliance with corporate and legal standards.
E. residence permit application; maintain day-to-day communication with the HR outsourcing agent; Handle visa issues for expats employees, foreign visitors and local employees' visa application;
F. Answer question from employees and customers' about HR professionally
G. Undertake research on any HR issues and projects in order to enhance Guidant China competitiveness and legal compliance in the China labour market.
H. Administration support for company events, trips and activities;
I. Other works assigned by the department manager
Rights:
A. Has the access to the employee database.
B. Announce HR related regulations and internal contacts updates.
C. Direct HR Service Company to execute the day to day HR administration work.
D. Has the right to refuse to lend any Archive office files to unqualified applicant according to Record Control Procedure.
Reports and Measurable indicators:
A. Employee information database (CV, personal info, ID/Passport, Contract dates, attendance, OT and on leave record), Company contact list
B. Monthly report (on board/termination rate, contact list updates, OT/on leave record, foreign employee affairs etc.) Vacation and Overtime record
C. Company events and activities organizing. (Birthday party, Trip, Annual Dinner or other special occasions)
D. Minimum amount of client's and co worker complaint
E. Client's satisfactory report
Qualifications:
A. University education with background in human resources, business administration or other related major.
B. Good at English communications.
C. With 3 to 5 years experience in HR job function.
D. Good team working spirit, creative, responsible and detail oriented person.

Indirect Report: C- Level
