Job Summary (Purpose of the job)

To act as PM for digital and data analytics business development and project delivery


Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)

Business Development

1. To work with BD and account management team to develop the business opportunity in Pharmaceutical companies for multi-channel marketing, digital excellence, big data, advanced analytics business.

2. To develop the consulting approach and methodology for above mentioned practices and develop the business for the developed consulting practice

3. As the expert, to communicate with clients about proposal, solution, methodology, consulting framework on above mentioned practice types during the pre-sale stage

Project Delivery

1. As the expert, to lead the project team delivering the projects for multi-channel marketing, digital excellence, big data, advanced analytics.

2. To deliver the project with good quality in the developed consulting methodology and framework.

3. To maintain the client relationship in the project delivery and develop new add-on project opportunities.


Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required

1. Consulting and problem solving oriented mindset and experience from consulting firms

2. Experience in multi-channel marketing, digital marketing, digitalization

3. Project management and client facing experience

4. Creative and innovative mindset, proactive working attitude

5. Hands on capability such as consulting framework development, project proposal preparation, clients presentation, etc.

6. Knowledge about big data, or data analytics would be a plus

7. Experience in life science and pharmaceutical industry would be a plus

8. Strong communication skills

9. English is a must
