Job Summary (Purpose of the job)

  • Manages and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Manages offering promotion plan targeted for a specific marketing audience
  • Manages regional marketing events

                         

Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)

  • Events management
  1. Lead event operation, including hospitality, logistics and onsite support;
  2. Develop collaterals, such as artwork development, collaterals copy writing such as print ads, product fact sheets, web pages, sales decks and brochures
  3. Own post-event evaluation, including ROI tracking, leads input, client satisfaction, etc.

  • Social media operation
  1. Plan and manage social media posting, tracking and monitoring social media performance;
  2. Bring innovative ideas to social media content marketing and post design

  • Digital innovation campaigns
  1. Strength IQVIA brand positioning through impactful communication and campaigns;
  2. Support product teams in offering promotion with innovative campaigns;
  3. Take full ownership of Viewpoint promotion in China

  • Content marketing
  1. Support bi-monthly IQVIA thought leadership magazine development;
  2. Develop new communication toolkits for current and potential clients;
  3. Proactively do any market research necessary to better understand our clients’ needs and satisfaction

                                            

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2/3 years related Marketing experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Good writing skills, strong problem solving, analytical, project management and planning skills.
