工作职责：

1.水性建筑涂料新产品的研发，包括产品测试分析、技术资料编写和培训、以及协助投诉处理

2.独立完成水性建筑涂料实验室小样，并检测性能，提交报告

3.现有水性建筑涂料配方的维护及调整，协助生产线解决生产过程中出现的问题

4.水性建筑涂料原材料取代测试及提交测试报告

岗位要求：

1.本科及以上学历，化学化工类相关专业

2.3年以上涂料行业同岗位的工作经验

3.熟悉建筑涂料相关产品标准，产品开发流程，技术工艺等。熟悉水性建筑涂料检验和分析的测试方法

4.熟练使用电脑及自动化办公软件，良好的沟通，协调能力

5.良好的英语听说读写能力

R & D Specialist

Job Description:

1.Develop new water-based paint, including related test and analysis for products, draft the technical information data sheet, and provide solution for the customer complaints.

2.Carry out the laboratory experiments alone, and test properties, report to the manager.

3.Maintain and adjust the current formulation of water-based products, cooperate with the production line to solve production problems.

4.Perform the experiments for replacement of raw materials, and report to the manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, Chemistry and Chemical Engineering related professional.

2. Working experience in Coating Industry or coating relevant 3 years or above is needed.

3. Familiar with the GB standards, SOP for product development, technical procedure for water-based coating product, and the measurement for test and analysis as well.

4. Good computer & office software skills, good communication and coordination skills.

5. Good English spoken and written skill.
