工作职责:

1.通过旺旺接待天猫旗舰店顾客，做好来询顾客的导购服务，解答客户对产品和购买服务的疑问；

2.追踪订单发货情况，主动联系超期仓储顾客，；

3.维护客户关系，定期对店铺主推产品进行评价追踪和维护；

4.定期整理竞争对手数据及活动机制。

5.完成领导临时交代的工作。

任职资格:

薪酬：100元/天，不扣税。

2.电商相关专业优先

3.英文水平优秀

4.踏实机灵，学习能力强，有相关实习经历或以后想从事电商相关工作的优先

5.每周至少3天，可尽快到岗的优先
