• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:
  -Lead quality improvement: Analyze & solve [outsourcing parts/assembly components/assembling/system quality issues] which found in production, and confirm corrective & preventive actions.
  -Generate quality report, as monthly machines quality report, monthly top 5 scraping analyzing report and other highlighted quality issues.
  -Support supervisor leading internal auditing of machine assembling & testing process with assembly line supervisor.
  -Support supervisor organizing quality meeting with assembly line supervisor & managers.
  -Daily work: book quality-notification in SAP, make quality-notification for production (Q-eye); handling monthly scraping; defects parts rejected to IQA; rework application.
  -Feedback to Germany by e-mail for imported parts issues.
  -Local parts first articles assembly testing tracking and recording.
  -Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
  
  JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  -Major in mechanical engineering / material machining & process
  -Able to understand machining drawing requirements.
  -Good at written English.
  -Excellent at MS office; it is better if having experience in SAP.
  -Skilled in problem-analyzing & solving;
  -Preferred about 5 or more years’ experience in RCA (root cause analysis) of nonconformity found in whole assembling and testing process of equipment manufacturing industry.
