FS Recruitment Manager

(Cantonese, Mandarin & English)

Job Responsibilities

· Conduct active & passive candidate searches to build candidate pipeline via cold calling, social networking, data mining, resumes databases, job postings, employee referrals, and career fairs.

· Responsible for end to end recruitment life cycle from sourcing, interview scheduling, selection, offers negotiation and issue offers.

· Extensive experience in bulk hiring (volume hiring) and able to meet on boarding schedule targets.

· Data management for daily hiring tracker, report and analysis of interview result.

· Be update with recruitment best practice, channel management activities, potential use of new sourcing channels & techniques.

· Responsible for ensuring recruitment processes comply with appropriate business controls and documentation.

· Lead and encourage team to fulfill hiring request with well planning and creative methods

· Keep close communication with biz lead and negotiate for appropriate hiring solution

Requirements

· Bachelor degree, with 4 to 5 years above hiring experience (in-house).

· Fluent English (confidence to communicate with foreigner).

· Demonstrated sound problem solving and decision-making skills based on analysis and evaluation.

· Resourceful, innovative, and persuasive.

· Demonstrated integrity and ability to deal confidentially with information and issues.

· Flexibility to quickly shift priorities and juggle simultaneous requirements.

· Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and follow up on assigned projects.
