Job Summary:

1. Manage daily logistics work;

2. Improve logistics service level to meet demand from business;

3. Keep close relationship with 3rd party warehouse and forwarding company to ensure their service meets targets.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Issue daily Goods Receipt/Picking/Outbound Delivery/Inventory Movement in SAP;

2. Plan and arrange daily pick-up/delievry instructions to 3rd party warehouse and forwarding company;

3. Track and record daily deliveries, collect POD on time;

4. Create shipping labels for key products;

5. Keep close relationship with 3rd party logistics service vendor, monitor and keep improving their performance;

6. Monthly logistics report about cost and deliveries;

7. Actively involved in stock taking, urgent or special delivery request, exhibition trasnsportation arrangement, etc.

Job Requirements:

1. Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of the business and industry

2. Demonstrate basic knowledge and hands-on experience in logistics/vendor management

3. Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills

4. Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken

5. Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in international/cross-cultural interactions

6. Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

7. Colleague education, major in Logistics, supply chain manegement , or business management with logistics.

8. Be  familiar with Microsoft, SAP

9. Fluency in local language and ideally in English

10. 5 years or above working experience in related field.

11. Up to five years' experience in a similar role/capacity, preferably in a logistics department in a corporate environment.
