We are currently seeking a Project Executive who will report to a Marketing Manager in Kering Eyewear China

Your opportunity

The potential candidate will capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.

How you will contribute

· Assist VM team in the projects deployment: follow the projects from the initial technical design to the daily correspondence with the selected contractor to guarantee the correct implementation of the projects, as well as follow up for maintenance and possible touch-up.

· Support all brands institutional campaigns according to global brand guidelines including fixture and counter, dress-up in-store customization design and implementation.

· Assist in Event/ Roadshow Visual Merchandising projects.

· Communicate with headquarter Visual Merchandising team for all the project implementation.

· Assist VM team in suppliers and contractors sourcing and negotiation

· Cost and budget control on all the projects.

Who you are

· 3+ years’ experience in visual merchandising projects

· Design and technical drawing skills (must)

· Experience in eyewear/ luxury/ fashion/ cosmetic industry is a plus

· University degree or above

· Fluent in Chinese and English (both written and oral)

· Self-motivated and being proactive in a start-up environment

· Strong interpersonal skills and coordination abilities, social-able personality.

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to details

· Creative and broad-thinker

· Action oriented and with a drive for results

· Ability to multi-task and flexible in accommodating ad-hoc tasks

· Responsible, independent and dependable

· In-depth knowledge of Office Pack (Outlook, Power Point, Word)

· Knowledge of the most common software for design and TD（Auto CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator）
