Job Title Tax Accountant – Junior Job Area Finance Location Shanghai Job Function l  Prepare corporate tax returns, mainly including monthly VAT filing; quarterly CIT filing; annual CIT, Stamp Duty filing, etc.; l  Complete the filings and settle the payment for Qualcomm local offices, and support tax filing for branch offices of other Qualcomm China offices, if any; l  Support tax incentive application, including ATSE application; VAT ECR under VAT zero tax rate for OOS activities; All kinds of tax refund and financial subsidy, etc. l  Issue VAT invoices for Qualcomm entities; l  Complete the tax clearance to support cross-border payment; l  Support public firm to complete Transfer Pricing documentation; l  Prepare monthly/quarterly tax schedules as required by US headquarter; l  Prepare statistics reports Skills/Experience l  2+ years working experience on tax role in MNC or Big 4 l  Fluent at English writing and speaking; l  Hands-on tax filing, familiar with tax filing system l  Hands-on statistics reports l  Familiar with Oracle as a plus l  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; l  CPA and other professional certificates as a plus; l  Knowledge about ASC740 as a plus; l  TP experience as a plus; Education Requirements Bachelor or Master degree, with major in accounting/tax/finance
