技能要求：

1. 专业的日语书面，口语，及听说能力。
2. 满足基本的英语书面与口语沟通能力（4级及以上）。
3. 熟练的用日语英语操作微软的常用工具例如Outlook，Excel，Word等。
4. 由于E-business开展的需要，我们欢迎有IT相关经验的能人加入，帮助设计和建立更有效的工作流程，从而提供更好的客户体验。

 工作内容：

1. 与日本的代理商或者直接客户交流并获得订单及订单相关的信息，通过安捷伦的ERP系统（主要为SAP及SAPCRM）进行报价，订单录入，物流协调，等相关的操作。
2. 与日本的销售团队，物流中心，工程师部门等相关商业伙伴的协作，为我们的客户提供更好的客户体验。
3. 由于这是一个全球管理模式的部门，有机会参与到WW Project中，能够和其他国家及地区同部门直接合作与沟通。

 

    你的团队伙伴基本都是有旅日经验或者日语专业背景的同事，业务沟通的对象更多的是日本同事及客户，需要你具备英日双语能力，有创新精神，具备良好的团队合作以及沟通能力，秉承客户至上的理念，能够接受挑战，并不断自我完善及发展。

- ERP System operation for quote & order entry, including order tracking.

- Provide support to Japan local business partners (sales, dealers…) for resolving various requirements, and meeting customer requirements.

- Interaction with internal departments in Japan and other regions, for internal process improvements or WW projects.

- Trouble shooting on business end.
