Responsibilities :

· Work closely with the business leaders to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.

· Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and ability assessment to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their full potential.

· support HR projects' diagnose, design, execution plan with HR COE / SSC team

· Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and solve all types of employee relationships issue.

· Work seamlessly cross HR team to implement the effective HR program into business.

· Provide compensation support including salary planning, salary actions, promotion and so on.

· Foster and drive corporate culture to build the good work environment.

Working experience：

· At least 8-10 years of HR experience, 3-5 years above at HR BP role.

Professional knowledge：

· Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.

· Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.

· Demonstrated ability to coach managers and diagnose HR requirements.
