岗位职责：

1、与意向客户沟通，帮助学员和家长定制学习计划；

2、为孩子推荐最适合的学习方式和学习方案；

3、负责追踪学生的学习效果、解决学生和家长的学习效果相关问题；

4、达成每月业务目标；

任职要求：

1、沟通能力强，喜欢小孩，愿意与孩子沟通；

2、有少儿英语培训机构或电话销售相关岗位相关工作经验者优先；

3、愿意挑战自我，高无责任薪奖和职位上升空间。

工作时间：

早10晚10，每周二休息一天

工作地点：北京东城区雍和大厦E座2层室

薪酬福利：

基本薪资6K+提成（销售提成+服务提成）+30元餐补+交通打车报销 均薪15-10k
