岗位职责：

1、与学员进行在线英语教学，保证教学效果实现；

2、进行课后的教学服务，维护班级微信群，布置并批改作业。；

3、维护客户关系，建立客户信任，提高教学满意度；

4、以良好的教学和服务达成学员续费指标；

5、监控学员的学习进展，解决学员在学习中碰到的问题，使学生达到学习目标。

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，英语专业要求专业4级,非英语专业要求6级或雅思6.0以上；

2.有相关教学经验优先，欢迎应届毕业生；

3.善于沟通，能够和学员

及学员家长建立良好关系；

4.流利的英语口语和书面英语能力，有良好的表达和沟通能力；

5.抗压能力强，有良好的团队合作意识，执行力强。
