招聘岗位：

小学/初中/高中各科老师

工作地点：在家、在校办公（需有电脑、网络稳定）

工作内容：

1、通过海风授课中心进行在线1对1学科教学工作；

2、了解并根据学生学习能力与需求，准备教学计划和教案；

3、根据学生实际学情因材施教，提供专业化1对1教学服务。

薪资待遇：

毕业薪资：保底薪资  课时费+绩效奖金+五险一金

实习薪资：小学+初一50-70/小时

（初小竞赛班80/小时，高中竞赛120/小时）

初二初三55-70/小时；

高一高二70-90/小时；

高三毕业班75-95/小时

另外还有课时补贴及其他福利

工作时间：

工作时间为一周里自己安排三个工作日的晚上，周末一天八小时（全天接受排课）。

寒暑假做五休二或者六休一。
