岗位职责：

1、负责健身房会员的核实与接待；

2、掌握基本的电脑办公软件操作；

3、协助前台经理做好客户服务工作；

4、熟练掌握公司概况，能够回答客人提出的一般性问题，提供常规的非保密信息；

5、做好工作信息的记录、整理、建档；

6、完成领导交办的其他或临时工作。

任职要求：

1、身体健康、五官端正，有良好的客户服务意识；

2、工作认真负责、严谨，为人正直，亲和力较强；

3、有较好的沟通能力与团队协作能力；

4、有一定英文沟通能力；

5、有高端俱乐部工作经历者优先；
