1、组织管理现金报销工作，审核现金报销原始单据后，编制现金类凭证，确保及时准确；

2、负责编制现金流量表，确保及时准确；

3、监督出纳按照公司规定及时准确的完成银行付款业务，审核银行未达报告，每月负责银行网上对账确认工作，确保及时准确；

4、监督出纳进行基本户转款等资金调度，确保账户保持安全余额，各贷款户在还本付息日前持有足额资金余额，异常情况及时汇报；

5、督促检查往来账的清理工作，督促、检查供应商对账、请款工作；

6、与各部门、银行保持良好沟通，协调组内相关问题；

7、负责组织下级工作计划，并检查计划的执行情况；监督、跟进所属下级的各项工作，对员工在工作中提交的问题，适时的给予工作指导、协助解决；

8、根据工作需要，安排员工休假，在员工休假期间，替补工作；

9、负责员工岗前工作内容培训及测试，完成员工考评，保持与本组员工的良好沟通；

10、 完成领导交办的各项其他工作。

任职资格:

1、大专及以上学历

2、1-2年以上财务管理岗位工作经验

3、掌握会计准则及制度，经济法、税务法，与财务相关的法律法规，财务专业系统；
