1、按照办公室工作上的需要，负责协助办公室进行日常行政事务管理，减轻办公室的工作量；

2、根据领导指派，参加商务谈判和接待客户来访；

3、翻译公司所需的资料，对外交流时任翻译；

4、协调本公司内部各部门、分支机构以及外部相关机构的关系；

5、起草、传递、处理公司相关文件和资料文档；

6、进行物品及文档的管理；

7、负责本部门考勤工作，准时准确处理每月考勤关账工作；

8、完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、五官端正、形象良好，年龄22-30岁

2、大专及以上学历，英文听说读写流利，可作为工作语言

3、1年以上相关工作经验

4、具备熟练的计算机操作，熟练掌握各类办公软件的操作；

5、具有良好的抗压能力、组织协调能力、应变能力等
