岗位职责：

1、负责公司相关业务的市场推广、项目洽谈和客户联络工作；

2、积极寻找并管理目标客户，促成项目顺利合作；

3、负责客户潜在项目的管理和挖掘工作；

4、收集客户信息及市场竞争信息，分析并制定策略；

5、负责商务洽谈，合同签订，及后续客户跟进服务；

6、了解临床试验数据管理相关的法规及指南；

7、完成公司下达的任务，为客户提供满意的服务。

任职要求：

1、医药销售代表、临床医学或药学、医学检验、预防医学等相关专业本科以上学历；

2、1年以上相关工作经验；

3、有一定的行业资源，熟悉医疗卫生行业，有公关业背景优先；

4、有一定策划能力和市场意识，能够适应出差；

5、有良好人际沟通能力和业务规划能力；

6、能够全情投入销售工作，并有成功销售的经验；

7、能够准确了解客户的需求，并能提出相应的项目策划方案；

8、品貌端庄，作风稳健，勤奋踏实，反应快，具备很强的团队意识；

9、能熟练使用计算机等办公设备，熟练操作office等常用办公软件；

10、有药/械企业市场、医学服务公司、医学会议公司、医学广告公司从业经验者优先。
