具体内容:

5年以上IT相关销售或售前技术支持经验。

擅长行业:保险或零售(服装/商超/地产)。

有enterprise application销售或售前经验优先。

Key Results Areas

  1. 3-year continuous Track Record of Achieving or Exceeding Sales Targets
  2. Proven Track record of Building & Qualifying Pipeline- 3X the sales target in gross pipeline
  3. Demonstrated portfolio of C-level Relationships- who, what and how is it maintained and expanded
  4. Accurate & Timely reporting expertise- includes forecasting sales, time & expense, state of the business, and pipeline

Essential Job Functions

  1. Ownership for assigned quota targets and pipeline – must be personally committed to these key job functions.
  2. Oversees business activities & processes to ensure a high standard of professional excellence is maintained among deal team members-provides “hands-on” leadership for the team.
  3. Demand generation and Sales for Insurance industry offering for the following (and not limited to) products and services:
  • Core Insurance administration system covering Life, General Insurance, Group, Pensions and Reinsurance
  • Point of Sale and Mobility solutions
  • Business Analytics
  • Application Management Outsourcing
  • Imaging and Document Managing : License sales of CSC partner solutions and services
  • Integration Services around front end / Backend eg Portals and Midddleware

  1. Takes ownership for business functions including, creating overall customer project plan, budgets, and pipeline creation activities.
  2. Establishes and implements short- and long-term strategies to deliver services to customers within reasonable schedules and budgets.
  3. Effectively communicates progress toward goals and objectives, sales tasks, and activities, and clearly describes sales challenges and objections to sales leadership for support and resolution.
  4. Strong ability to navigate the entire sales process from lead generation to signatures on contracts.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Ten or more years of business development or sales experience
  • Experience working with the technology industry
  • Proven track record of at least 3 contiguous years of achieving or exceeding quota
  • Willing to travel 75% of the time or as needed to get the job done
  • Extensive experience selling the entire applications portfolio of services including Plan-Design- Build-Test-Run & Maintain, and both projects and outsourcing deals constructs
  • Experience working within a top-down management structure with heavy matrix management influence

  • Strong strategic management and planning skills
  • Strong desire to represent the company to internal and external clients- strong advocacy experience
  • Ability to operate with very little management direction on a day to day basis
  • Strong sense of “team” and “loyalty” must be in your DNA
  • Strong “coaching” skills including planning, delegating, training, and leading by example
