PURPOSE:

目的：The senior analyst is to support Finance & Admin department analytical and operational tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

工作职责

1. Analysis tasks：

• Support FP&A manager to support budget, long-term planning and quarterly rolling forecast

• Support financial controlling manager on internal cost control, POA adjustment and follow up actions

• Provide analysis reports related to procurement KPIs and efficiencies

• In charge of reconciliation analysis reports, incl. but not limited to data transfer btw. SAP and ePay, KPI report and etc.

1. Operational tasks：

• Create Purchase Requisition on time including checking availability and accuracy of all supporting documents and communicating with stakeholders if uncertain existed;

• Lead to solve the operational issues related to POs or PAs with suppliers and internal stakeholders;

• Support procurement heads to standard the purchasing process and maintain relevant SOPs. (operational or specific project)

1. Other tasks:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to Senior fiancé director

• Schedule, prepare agenda and meeting materials

• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by line-manager

  REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance/economics/business management related fields.

• At least 3-4 years working experiences in multinational companies, preferably in financial area or assistant to senior management leader;

• Expertise on Microsoft office tools i.e. Excel, PowerPoint;

• Sound analysis ability that goes along with an understanding of markets and processes;

• Good learning agility and willing to handle multi-tasks;

• Good at communication, negotiation and problem solving;

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
