Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting commercial procurement by completing logistics functions related to the chemical export business.

Major responsibilities:

· Draft contracts, record transaction data, oversee proper labeling, oversee payments, review billing invoice and loading reports

· Develop logistics / operational relationship with suppliers

· Interact with suppliers to track shipments and follow-up to ensure ETDs are met

· Assess suppliers’ logistics services and logistics service providers to complete regular performance reviews

· Follow-up with non-conformant shipments and determine short-term resolutions and long-term, preventative solutions

· Coordinate sample delivery

· Coordinate samples for various Brenntag regional offices with suppliers

· Oversee completion and accuracy of shipping documents

· Provide support to Product Manager as needed

？ Experience with Asian culture

？ Understanding of freight claim procedures

？ Ability to apply best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

？ Minimum 3 years work experience in logistics area for international business, experience in chemical import and export is a plus

？ Bachelor degree in logistics, chemistry or business administration
