JOB TITLE：Navision系统开发顾问

LOCATION：Beijing、Shanghai、Shenzhen、Wuhan.

SALARY RANGE：Negotiable

DUTIES：

· Develop technical specifications for Microsoft Dynamics Navision and other system functionality.

· Develop customization for Microsoft Dynamics Navision as required (i.e. forms / screens, code units, etc)

· Develop reports for key stakeholders thru tools such as SQL Server and Jet Reports.

· Engaged in Microsoft Dynamics Navision financial, production, logistics modules including consulting and development.

· Gather end user’s demand and requirements and propose solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

· Responsible for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV according to project requirements: requirement analysis, business process optimization, scheme design, system testing and online.

· Provide day-to-day support for Navision instances with all levels of users.

· Project manage Navision initiatives, including scheduling and maintaining the project queue and monitoring project quality and cost.

· Understanding business process , and providing business process improvement opportunity as result of team work, and able to implement to system

· Work directly with other Navision developers to ensure Dynamics Navision and related systems meet company needs.

· System routine maintenance, trouble shooting, reporting, day to day application support to whole IPGB, and possibly to other IPG companies in Asia.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or a related discipline

· 5+ years Dynamics Navision Systems C/SIDE and C/AL Development experience

· 3+ years Dynamics Navision Systems Analysis experience

· Solid project management experience with Dynamics Navision customization, implementations, upgrades and integration projects.

· Strong experience with MS SQL Server (T-SQL, SSIS, & Reporting Services/BI)

· Strong report writing experience using MS SQL SSRS and Jet Reports

· Strong experience with MS Excel, Word, Visio, Project

· Experience with MS .NET and MS Web technologies IIS, Web Services, SOA

· Ability to analyze complex systems, and troubleshoot and isolate system issues.

· Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks

· Ability to influence at all levels of the organization, inside China and outside China

· Ability to work independently as well as work in a team environment

· Business analysis experience

· Experience with international multi-language, multi-currency implementations.

· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, fluent English speaking

· Exceptional customer service skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communications.

· Sales force implementation at smaller base ( 5 to 6 people)
