Job Description

1.电气工程及自动化/机械制造及自动化相关专业本科及以上学历;

Bachelor or above in Electrical engineering & automation/Mechanical manufacturing & automation or relevant major;

2.两年以上机床设备服务调试或维护经验,熟悉数控系统/PLC/ 驱动产品/C#语言者着优先考虑;

Above two years machine tools commissioning, service or maintenance experience , knowledge about NC/PLC/Servo driver/C# language as plus ;

3.可频繁出差;

Frequent business trip required;

4.具备良好的英语说写能力;

Good ability in spoken and written English;

5.熟悉电脑并熟练的掌握办公自动化软件;

MS office and PC skill is a must;

6.良好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神。

Good communication skills and team spirit.

Qualifications

1. 提供迅捷合格的现场服务，包括现场问题排查，安装及基础调试等；

Provide prompt and qualified field service, incl. on-site troubleshooting, installation, basic commissioning etc.

2. 现场调查及分析产品常见故障原因；

Investigate and analyze cause of usual product problems on-site;

3. 提供热线服务，解答客户技术服务咨询；

Maintain service hotline to provide customer technical consulting;

4. 提供产品及服务基础培训；

Provide product and service training;

5. 收集服务信息并反馈服务主管。

Collect service information and report to service supervisor.
