职位描述

Key Objectives
This manager drives and implements the overall customer satisfaction programs within BMW Group China and aims for a comprehensive adjustment of the wholesales as well as retail organization toward customer satisfaction.
Bring BMW China forward towards customer orientation and achieving the goal of ""best in class

Major Responsibilities
Proactively drive and enhance the customer satisfaction programs within the wholesale as well as initiate and support the program within the retail organization
Identify the specific needs of customers by customer talks, dealer visits etc.. and match them to the actual deliveries. Evaluate how and to what degree customer needs are currently being met. Determine what the critical factors are that indicate success. Establish a comprehensive overview on fields of actions per department and closely follow-up in cooperation with each function
Communicate customer orientation programs within organization and offer employee's involvement.
Monitor the continuous improvement elements to leverage the new customer - consciousness to regularly look for new opportunities for improvement and engage in creative thinking around how to achieve these improvements
Communicate customer satisfaction program within organization and offer employees’ involvement. Establish tools and demonstrate tangibly to employees at all levels so that the commitment will be ensured and the target will be driven (e.g. customer satisfaction principles)
Manage and ensure one aligned approach throughout the whole organization, within both entities (BBA &NSC)
Monitor any market / competitor movements, media reports in terms of customer issues
Monitor and steer the overall customer satisfaction program, organizational adjustment and continuous improvement measures

Education / Degree
Diploma or Master Degree in Business Administration preferably incl. international degree

Knowledge / Skills / Competences
Chinese mother tongue, fluent in English
Very good computer skills, very good command of MS Outlook and standard MS programs
Project management skills
Good knowledge of the Chinese market in addition preferably experience in automotive industry and in dealer business(preferably worked in dealership beforehand)
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate cross-functionally
High degree of self-initiative and ability to work independently
Strong self-assertion and implementation skills
Very good analytic skills with the ability to relate long term targets to operational necessities
Ability to convincingly communicate and present
High perception for service orientation and premium demands
Ability to communicate and constructively discuss issues on all organizational levels including the retail organization
Ability to transfer her- / himself into the position of the customer, being highly sensitive

Experience
Familiar with overall direction of BMW China
Experience in customer related topics or even customer programs are preferred
Experience in international environments together with consciousness for cultural diversifying market situations and behaviour

  The BMW Group is one of the most successful manufacturers of automobiles and motorcycles in the world with its BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce brands. As a global company, the BMW Group operates 24 production facilities in 13 countries and has a global sales network in more than 140 countries.

  The BMW Group achieved a global sales volume of approximately 1.46 million automobiles for the 2010 financial year. Revenues for 2010 totalled euro 60.477 billion. At 31 December 2010, the company employed a global workforce of 95,453 associates.

  In 1994 April, BMW Group established the representative office in Beijing, which is recognized as BMW’s official entry to Chinese market. In 2005 October, BMW China Automotive Trading Ltd. was established as another milestone of BMW’s long term commitment to Chinese market.
