岗位职责：

1、协助制定集团发展战略

2、负责制定集团年度销售目标和营销方案

3、负责开拓全国销售市场业务，建立公司的市场运作体制，管理全国销售团队

4、分析和预测全球工业自动化市场趋势，为决策提供准确的相关信息

5、规划和管理全国市场活动预算，合理有效地使用预算执行广告和市场活动

任职资格：

1、机械、电气、自动化相关专业本科及以上学历

2、15年以上工业行业销售工作经验，销售管理相关职位任职10年以上

3、拥有工业机器人、机械、工业自动化相关行业的从业背景，熟悉该领域发展趋势

4、具备敏锐的商业和市场意识，分析问题及解决问题能力强，具有卓越的资源整合能力

5、具备丰富的团队建设和管理经验
