PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Apply risk-based audit approach in assessing the company's processes of all audit cycles for identifying both financial and operational risks, as well as identifying process improvement opportunities on operational efficiency.

· Conduct root cause analysis for identified audit findings and work closely with internal teams in developing recommendations regarding process optimization, profit improvement/cost saving, internal control, risk management and compliance.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external auditor and advisor to perform SOX404 compliance audit to meet US listing requirements.

· Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions.

Participate in ad-hoc special projects to provide professional opinions on policies/processes establishment.

Necessary to perform the requirements of the position:

· Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting/Finance or related subject

· Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports

· Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations

· High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

· Sound independent judgement

· Strong project management and communication skills

· Working experience as Internal Auditor is a plus
