职责描述：

1、 熟悉媒体的营销方式并对此具有创意思路，通过强大的逻辑思考能力和文字驾驭能力，独立完成创意文案撰写，能够爆发出各种创意idea；

2、 优质完成创意主题、广告标语以及相关衍生发展；

3、 参与创意讨论，给予建设性意见，协助创意负责人决策文案；

任职要求：

1、 熟悉广告媒体行业，文字功底扎实，善于撰写各种文案及各种文体稿件；

2、 了解广告公司的操作流程、各牌营销及活动策划形式；

3、 性格开朗，沟通能力好，热爱广告互联网行业；

4、 富有创新以及团队精神，责任心强，能承受一定的工作压力
