Job Responsibility

1. Review fapiaos provided by clients monthly, conduct accounting entries, complete bookkeeping in time

2. Prepare financial reports in time as request by clients

3. Tax computation, and tax filling including IIT, VAT, BT, CIT and VAT refund for clients before deadline

4. Field work on enquiries in government agency, materials submission, documentation or articles collection and etc.

5. Binding and filing of accounting book

6. Provide counseling to clients with basic accounting, finance enquiries.

7. Assist with one-off audit mission & annual audit mission assigned by seniors

8. Monthly compensation calculation and distribution

9. Execution of various things for corporate setup, closing and transformation of some status and etc.

10. Cashier work including payments arrangement, fapiaos collection, foreign income declaration

11. Currency settlement, fapiao issuance and delivery, fapiao purchasing and authority, notes

12. Arrangements, bank and cash journal completion, review the expense claim.

13. Cooperate with CPA firms for annual audit and evaluation for clients independently

14. Other tasks assigned by managers

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above on financial and accounting related majors

Above 3-5 years' experience in the accounting field; Auditing experience will be a plus

Familiar with MS Office and several accounting software

Good command of English in both writing and speaking

Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Proactive attitude with ability to both identify and find solutions to problems

Good team player/leader
