职位描述

主要职责:

(1) Build long term and perfect relationship with national key account customer

与全国性客户建立良好的客户关系

(2) Manage to install system of kanban, ORSY or Refillo to all assigned national key account customer

做到为所有全国性客户设置看板,ORSY或Refillo系统

(3) Manager to increase parts category (including MRO products) to existing national kanban customer

做到增加已有全国性看板客户的出售产品的数量(包括MRO产品)

(4) Write sales report including GPS, Sales pipeline, customer visit weekly plan and monthly plan

填写销售报告,包括GPS,销售漏斗,客户拜访每周和月度计划

(5) Coordinate internally and externally for all services for national customer;

协调内部和外部的事务,以提供所负责的全国性客户的良好服务

(6) Monitor account receivable on a monthly basis;每月例行监控区域内的客户的应收账款

(7) Aggressively achieve budget on sales turnover and profit;积极实现销售及利润预算

(8) Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives; 支持及推动6S的推行

(9) Compliance to ISO9001-2008, ISO14001:2004 & OHSAS18001:200;7遵照ISO9001-2008质量管理体系, ISO14001:2004环境管理体系 & OHSAS18001:2007职业健康安全管理体系

(10) Other works assigned by company;公司分派的其他工作

任职要求:

(1) Colleague degree industry or engineering field(Not required) 工业或工程领域大学学历(不是必须)

(2) Knowledge of relevant industry products, especially in Fastener and MRO products

相关工业产品知识,特别是紧固件和MRO产品

(3) Must have trackable working experiences and excellent working performance in project based sales/account management/project management

必须在项目型销售/大客户管理/项目管理领域内有可追溯的工作经验和优秀的工作业绩

(4) Prefer to have Kanban management experience(Not required) 看板管理经验(不是必须)

(5) Ability to travel 能够出差

(6) Excellent communication, presentation,Selling and negotiation skills良好的沟通,表达、销售和谈判技巧

(7) Proficiency in Office software熟练使用办公软件

(8) Fluency in English and Mandarin (oral and written)流利的英语和普通话(口头和书面)

(9) Team work spirit团队合作精神

(10) Self-motivate, confident, patient, responsible自我激励,自信,耐心,负责
