3、剧本创作前期能对剧本素材和题材进行整体评估、筛选；

4、能够进行影视剧的创作，对剧本创作能提出建设性意见，在剧本创作某一些方面具有独到深刻见解；

5、具有很强的沟通能力，有良好的团队合作精神，具有高度责任心；

任职要求：

1.熟悉剧作创作流程，具丰富的创意和想象力，有大量阅片量和阅读量，文笔好；

2.热爱电影，喜欢表达；

3.有活力、有头脑，有自己完整的价值观体系；

4.对个人职业未来发展清晰明确，善于团队合作，明白妥协与原则之间如何把握；

5.有直播/综艺节目创作经验者优先。
