Key Accountability:
-To provide optimal service delivery through providing accurate, efficient and effective HR administrative support to the retail team.
-End to end responsibility for administering all retail payroll related data including processing starters, leavers, employee changes and other ad hoc requests using HR SAP.
-Provide all retail C&B related services, including monthly salary calculation & payment, social insurance and benefits administration, C&B data maintenance.
-Support on retail compensation and benefit costs budget preparing and analyzing.
-Support on retail merit increase, year-end bonus calculation and others.
-Act as a primary contact between HRIS system vendors and internal users to ensure HRIS effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor or above degree
-Minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR environment, HRIS project management experience is preferred.
-Background in Luxury or Retail industries is preferred.
-Knowledge of human resource information systems (HRIS)
-Ability to demonstrate close attention to detail
-Being customer-oriented
-Fluent spoken and written in English
-Being organized, analytical and capable problem-solvers
